Sour Cream Blueberry Pie
We can't seem to remember where we found this yummy recipe but if you like almond and blueberries this recipe is for you! It is super simple (especially if you “cheat” and get a premade crust!) and serving it with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream is sure to make you a dessert hero!
Ingredients:
For the Pie
already baked pie shell
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
2 eggs
1 teaspoon almond extract
2 c. blueberries
For the Crumble Topping
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tablespoons melted butter
Directions:
Mix together the sour cream and sugar. Add eggs, flour and almond extract. Stir in blueberries and pour into an already baked pie shell. Mix together, in a separate bowl the melted butter, brown sugar and flour to make the crumble topping. Sprinkle topping over pie and bake at 375 for 40-45 min or until the pie is set.
