Sean and Kait were married on August 23rd, 2014. Their ceremony took place at a local church but the reception was held here at the farm. Kait chose pale yellow and sage green for her accent colors and blended them seamlessly with the natural surroundings of the farm. A tent with lights strung up to our retail barn created a special place for guests to gather and celebrate all night!
The bride collected old books to use as stands for the guests’ gifts-homemade jam from Riverview! Many of the flowers were grown locally, including some at our farm.
We may be biased, but apples really do make the best ring stands.
To add a personal touch, the couple covered the jams in coordinating printed fabric to tie in their color scheme.
Local cheeses piled high and served with lemonade and iced tea.
